2. Take EXIT 30 (CT-113 N/ LORDSHIP BLVD)
3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto LORDSHIP BLVD for 0.6 miles
4. Turn RIGHT onto LONG BEACH BLVD for parking lot access
5. Take first RIGHT to access parking lot (Stratford Industrial Park)
6. Then take another sharp right and follow building to the end
7. At the end, take LEFT and SunPorch will be down on your left.
