If you wish to open a free Web account in order to save your SunPorch sunroom configurations
for planning your project, SunPorch requires your name, mailing address and email which
enables you to return at a later time to continue your work. SunPorch also offers a "guest" option
if you wish to remain anonymous. The guest option, however, does not allow you to save your
work.
- Placing Deposits Online
SunPorch will require your name, address information, phone number and credit card information
if you wish to place a deposit for your SunPorch sunroom online. SunPorch maintains a secured
server to encrypt transactions. If you do not wish to place a deposit online, you may also call
SunPorch Structures to place your deposit by phone. Orders are also accepted by mail.
- Survey Information
SunPorch may offer surveys on our Website for either current customers or other users and offers
a private survey to existing customers. Any information collected from surveys is kept strictly
confidential and used only to improve our services. Any surveys we are conducting, or may
conduct, are completely optional and you have the option to remain anonymous when completing
the surveys.
