SunPorch Ordering Procedure

ORDER ONLINE, PHONE, FAX, OR MAIL:
You may order by any of the following methods:

	A)	On our Website in the Order section.
	B)	By calling our knowledgeable SunPorch specialists toll-free at 1-800-221-2550. (Mon.-Fri. 9AM-5PM ET)
	C)	Fax your order to: 203-454-0020 anytime.
	D)	Mail your order to: SunPorch Structures, Inc., 495 Post Road East Westport, CT 06880

NOTE:
No Sales Tax for orders shipped outside CT.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Personal Checks,
Bank Checks, Money Orders or Wire Transfers. (NO COD's).

ORDERING TERMS:
To lock-in your SunPorch quote (including any available special offers) and secure your place in our production queue, we require a $100 fully-refundable deposit. After receiving your deposit, an order confirmation / order release will be sent to you by email or by post. Please review the order confirmation carefully. Sign and return the order confirmation to SunPorch with full payment to SunPorch Structures.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment in full is required before shipping of your SunPorch. Standard orders leave the factory in 5-7 business days from final payment. Custom orders ship in approx 10-12 days. Shipping dates vary based upon production schedules & seasonality. When your order is paid-in-full, we will make every effort to accommodate any special shipment date at that time.
NOTE: When using a credit card, for security reasons, please call the phone number on the back of your credit card to pre-approve the charge.
PACK & STORE:
If you are not ready for delivery after your order is paid-in-full, your new SunPorch can be packed & stored at our factory for 90 days at no additional cost. Use this convenient service to accommodate special delivery dates.
LAYAWAY:
If you're not ready to finalize your order by the special offer deadline, you can lock in your special offer with a $500 non-refundable layaway. You can then finalize the order details and pay-in-full within 60 days of the special offer deadline.
ORDER CONFIRMATION/SIGNATURE RELEASE:
You will receive a written confirmation for your order including the model and options you have chosen. Your SunPorch will be manufactured to these specifications. Please review this document carefully. Approval and/or changes can be made at this time. You must sign & return this document to finalize your order by the special offer deadline. Once finalized with your signature, your order is put into production and cannot be changed.
YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED:
When your SunPorch leaves our factory via common carrier (truck), we overnight you a "Notice of Shipment" via UPS, which contains the tracking number, a bill of lading (shipping document), and local phone number of the shipping company. Please contact the carrier to arrange a delivery time.

Financing
SunPorch does not offer financing at this time. Many of our customers seeking home improvement or home equity loans have found the best rates at their local bank or credit union. You may also try www.lendingtree.com.

SunPorch Refund Policy

IF YOU PLACED A $100 DEPOSIT
A $100 deposit is required to begin the ordering process. $100 deposits are completely refundable.

IF YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL
SunPorch is custom made to your order and while many companies that provide custom manufactured products do not have a refund policy, SunPorch does.

If your SunPorch is packed-and-stored at our Factory:
50% restock fee.
If your SunPorch was shipped:
50% restock fee plus the cost of freight both ways. Boxes must be sealed and in original carton and returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened box items may be returned provided they are received in new condition upon return at factory.
If your SunPorch is on layaway:
Layaways are non-refundable.
